At Laser Tools, we aim to provide clear and reliable shipping information so you know what to expect when ordering from us.
Shipping within New Zealand
We currently ship within New Zealand only and do not offer international shipping at this time.
The majority of our products are stocked locally and will be clearly labelled as such on the product page, along with the expected delivery timeframe. Some items may be shipped directly from our supplier — this will also be stated on the product page before you purchase, so there are no surprises.
Processing and delivery
Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next business day.
Delivery timeframes are listed on each product page. As a general guide, NZ-stocked items arrive within 2–5 business days for urban addresses and 3–7 business days for rural. Supplier-shipped items will have their own timeframe stated clearly on the product page and may be longer. All timeframes are estimates and can be affected by courier delays, rural locations, and public holidays.
Shipping costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and displayed before payment. Where applicable, we may offer flat-rate or free shipping — conditions will be clearly stated. All prices on lasertools.co.nz are inclusive of GST.
Where tracking is available, details will be emailed to you once your order has been dispatched. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to become active.
A few things to keep in mind
Please ensure your delivery address is complete and accurate at checkout. Laser Tools is not responsible for delays or misdelivery caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses. If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, additional shipping charges may apply to resend the item.
If your order arrives damaged or incomplete, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the damage including packaging. We will work with the courier or supplier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
While we do our best to meet delivery timeframes, delays can occasionally occur due to factors outside our control such as courier network disruptions, weather events, or supplier delays. We will keep you informed where possible and appreciate your patience.
