1. Consumer Guarantees Act (CGA)

Nothing in this warranty policy limits or excludes your rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 (NZ).

Under the CGA, products must be:

5. Making a Warranty Claim

To lodge a warranty claim, please contact us with:

  • Product name and model
  • Description of the issue
  • Photos or video showing the fault (where applicable)

6. Assessment & Resolution

Once assessed, outcomes may include:

  • Repair of the product
  • Replacement with the same or equivalent product
  • Refund (where repair or replacement is not practical)

The remedy offered will comply with the Consumer Guarantees Act where applicable.


7. Return Shipping for Warranty Claims

  • If a warranty claim is approved, we will cover reasonable return shipping costs.
  • If the issue is found not to be covered under warranty, return shipping costs may be the responsibility of the customer.

8. Trade & Business Use

If products are purchased for business, trade, or commercial use, the Consumer Guarantees Act may not apply.

Any exclusions will be clearly stated at the time of purchase where applicable.
